Work to be done outside:
- Inspect the condensing unit
- Check the compressor & AMP draw
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check the fan motor & voltage
- Check the run capacitor
- Check the contactor
- Inspect the fan blades
- Inspect the electrical connections
Work to be done inside:
- Inspect the thermostat operations
- Inspect the ducts & plenums
- Check temperature splits
- Inspect the drain connections at the coil
- Inspect the coil for rust, corrosion, and blockage
- Flush the condensate drain line
- Inspect the safety switches
- Inspect the blower assembly
- Replace the filters (provided by customer)
(Additional steps for Fall visits)
- Check the flame sensor
- Check the inducer motor assembly
- Check the heat exchanger, burners, and jets
- Inspect heat elements
- Check the gas valves
- Inspect the flue pipe connections
Annual Maintenance $249.00
Maintenance Contract Includes:
- Number of visits – 2
- $99 for each additional unit
Work to be done outside:
- Inspect the condensing unit
- Wash the condensing coils
- Check the compressor & AMP draw
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check the fan motor & voltage
- Check the run capacitor
- Check the contactor
- Inspect the fan blades
- Inspect the electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts as required
Work to be done inside:
- Inspect the thermostat operations
- Inspect the ducts & plenums
- Check temperature splits
- Inspect the drain connections at the coil
- Inspect the coil for rust, corrosion, and blockage
- Spray foam clean the coil (if needed)
- Flush the condensate drain line
- Inspect the safety switches
- Inspect the blower assembly
- Disinfect the return plenum
- Replace the filters (provided by customer)
